"They do a good job here. Balancing the needs of fish and a business model where you dont loose money is difficult. Ann does a great job purchasing healthy stock. They watch their stock carefully to insure the fish you take home are healthy. Like all pet stores I hate that very small betta tanks are available for purchase as Bettas should be kept in 5+ gallons to live a happy life. However I also understand it is nessary to stock the store with what customers want or they will just buy small tanks elsewhere. I have included a picture of 2 of my tank stocked with fish from Pets Etc. One is my betta tank the other is my neon tetra tank. ( they are starting to sell more plant but the plants in the tanks were not purchased there but rather from a specialty shop several hours away.) They also listen to feedback. I really wanted Indian almond leaves for my betta locally and the next time I came in they carried them!"
