"Be warned about this product - when this nut coal would not burn in a very hot coal stove after several attempts. I showed it to a coal supplier who laughed and said that's not coal, that's slag, that won't burn. TS would not take an unopened bag back."
"The customer experience at this particular tractor supply is 100/100! I went in to buy some river rock, and in a blink of an eye, a worker got me a cart loaded up and sent it to my car. I told the worker I could do it, but he insisted on helping. These employees here are trained like Disney employees."
"I go here regularly, would give 5/5 stars but my only complaint is TS could do better with their house brands in terms of price or quality and a compete selection of nuts and bolts would be nice. Otherwise, staff is always wonderful, I get all my Porter Cable stuff there, inexpensive work clothes, great sales on stuff like that, tools are always decent or better and about half the price of automotive stores. Even the stuff from the discount bins is good quality. It's the dambdest thing but they always have something I need but wasn't looking for. Last time it was a really great shop vac for $40, can't beat that and I appreciate their efforts to keep new products in rotation."
