"Brought my kid's brand new baseball glove to get steamed and broken in. What an amazing job these guys do. They pounded that mitt like it owed them money. They steamed it and pounded it with a mallet for a good 15 minutes. The service was $25 and well worth it. That glove went from stiff to silky smooth and flexible for my kiddo. I wanted to tip but the gentleman couldn't accept. He was incredibly helpful and gracious."
