"I don't get to shop here often because I don't live in the are, but every time I come I find something. Everything I've gotten has been reasonable prices and in good conditions. But my main reason for giving 5 stars is the customer service. That to me is a major factor for coming back to a store, and the ladies that have helped me while shopping there have always been very helpful and kind."

"0 stars for selling clothes to them, 4 stars for buying clothes from them. I took in new clothes, with original tags, and found out their formula for buying is to take 90% off the retail price and then offer you 30% of the remaining 10%, not a good deal. In looking around the store at items which had original tags, they were priced anywhere between 30 - 55% of the original retail price. For purchasing clothes while there are some really good deals, and they are very careful with the quality, be cautious that you are not paying more for an item that was on sale for less at another store. Overall the staff was friendly but I would rather donate clothes to a worthy organization than to sell clothes to Encore."
