"The flow of this particular Walmart both in finding parking, accessing the entrance, and the inside store just doesn't work for me. It's extremely crowded. The guest services is at the immediate door area after the salon and the carts are after that. I actually had to ask one of the rare staff how to find something which was on an aisle that was in the corner of the building I would never have found it. I avoid going here because I was approached by a male refugee who I reported was asking people for money to get on the bus inside the women's Department. It was particularly upsetting that he approached a deaf person who didn't really understand what he was trying to ask. Not having enough staff to even easily handle that situation was upsetting. I did report it to the next staff member that I saw. It felt very unsafe. It was particularly difficult one day when it was raining and the carts which are located quite a ways into the store was sloppy messy was being knocked up but you can access the carts unless the offer gave you one. I think they need to redo on this one location. They do such a great job on other properties they should redesign the flow the floor plan of this one to open up easy accessibility."

"People at the photo place have no idea what’s going on. Asked for help adjusting the size of a photo. None of them had been trained how to do it. I needed passport photos printed and when they printed despite me selecting “wallet” the printed 4x6. When I asked them to reprint it they had no idea what was going on and said to just cut the photos. Couldn’t comprehend at all that that would mean my passport photo would literally only be of just my eyeball… people next to us in line would laughing at how stupid the entire situation was. Ended up not receiving what I asked for. Also look at this hairbrush that was on the shelf…"

"This store is a mess all the time. I was there a few days ago and went thru self checkout. In order to get a bag you have to go to the self checkout person. They then bring the back over and ring it up for you. So they make sure that you pay for the bag. However, on the way out the tag was still on the bag and the person at the exit stopped me to look at my receipt to make sure I paid for a 74 cent bag. And then I got a lecture about how I needed to take the tag off. Shouldn't the person ringing it up take the tag off? It was literally the last thing I thought about. It didn't even cross my mind to do that. I was worried about scanning my items and getting the heck out of there. As I was checking out, loss prevention was running out of the store chasing a woman who went out of the entrance instead of the exit. While shopping, I needed fabric from the fabric section. After I picked out what I needed I realized there was no one there to cut the fabric. I saw someone who worked there and asked them if there was anyone working at that counter and the response I got was " she was there 5 minutes ago. ". And then he just walked away. So I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for someone to show up at the counter to cut one bolt of fabric. However, I do want to say that the person who works at the fabric counter is absolutely fabulous and she is the sweetest person."

"Definitely more organized compared to before. Clean but staff need to smile more! Good to see a police car outside to deter people from stealing from store. Always check Walmart app to see if they have what you’re looking for. If they do, it will show you where the item is located. This will save you time looking for the item."
