"Spotless! Freshly renovated this year top to bottom. Privately maintained road, no public access to the water gives this spot a big plus for being a secluded body of water with basically zero boat traffic and a spectacular setup on the water. Brand new dock with sandy beach, a few kyaks and canoe for fishing. The fishing was great, lots of top water action... pulled a few 3lb and a 5lb large mouth bass along with pickerel and the sun fish at the dock for the younger kids made it fun for all ages. The name is perfect, there are a few loons on the pond and they let you get surprisingly close on a kyak. Be sure to check out the before and after pictures in the dining room area, you can tell a lot of work was put into this place. It's a great location on quiet body of water. You have an undiscovered super host. Keep up the great work!"

"The Loon Nest is a classic lake house experience in a newly renovated cabin on a beautiful pond in New Hampshire. We stayed in mid-May and thoroughly enjoyed everything about it including our kind and gracious hosts Kelly and Dan. My favorite part was the view of Long Pond from either the screened porch or through the living room window. (I took the photo of the moon reflected on the pond thru the LR window). We must have spent many hours on the screened porch just watching and listening. It was so quiet and peaceful; there were probably only three pontoon boats total out on the water for the 4 days we were there and that did in no way take away from the calm tranquility. The cabin is a perfect setup for a family or even two groups with the small but well furnished three bedrooms. I like to cook and the kitchen is perfect for it with everything brand new. Dan and Kelly put a lot of thought into making sure it's well stocked with cookware and has just about everything you might want. And, while there is a nice large dining room table adjacent to the kitchen, we spent most of the time on the porch including eating all our meals out there. You can't go wrong staying here, I highly recommend it!"
