"We took a semi-private Nordic skiing lesson at the Nordic center and had a fantastic instructor. We were at different skill levels and our instructor was able to work with both of us, offering tips on improving our skiing. Great instructor and beautifully groomed trails made for a great weekend"
"My wife and i went for our wedding anniversary. The property is historic and well preserved. We found the service to be outstanding. Everyone was pleasant and kind. They brought a fridge up to the room to store our leftovers. The food at the restaurants is very good. We will be back."
"Grand Hotel, grand experience! Cheerful, courteous service. Fresh, creative, delicious food for several hundred people for a two day conference. Beautiful, clean, outdoor heated pool to swim under the mountains and under the stars. Skiing next door at Bretton Woods on the best groomed snow I have skied on in over a decade. Only 2 and a half hours from Boston. I will be back with my family for a magical vacation."
"My family and I had a great experience. The staff was absolutely great. Mike made our stay very memorable. We loved the lower level, it was bursting with happiness. The main dining had beautiful views and the service was great. The hotel itself is very lovely and each staff member we came across was friendly and helpful."
"The hotel is very isolated, probably would be better to go in the summer! I had a conference there, in late October, so I was busy from morning to evening with the conference. My hotel room was on the second floor, no view or partial view of the mountain but with a building in front of my line of view... the room was pretty standard and the bathroom was really small. The ratio cost/benefit was low... the only good and well maintained areas in the hotel are the lobby, the spa and the Grand ballroom! the hotel has probably one of the best spas in the North America! perfect service..."
