"Me and the wife and our two little ones stay here often. And not sure why it took me this long to show them our appreciation. Maybe it’s the consistency. The staff here is amazing. Rooms are clean every time we come here. The pool is amazing. But once again the staff is here to treat you like a human being. Very flexible and always respectful. The pastries at the front desk are amazing in the morning. We’re like family here. Shout out to this establishment."

"I stayed there the night of the November 18th. I tried calling the Hampton Falls in somehow. Hotel hot booking got involved. They told me the room would be a $130. I was charged a $166 Dollars and 32 cents and hotel hot charge me $15.99. I was on my way to Florida that morning. I did not check my bank statements till a few days later. You had to take your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The the TV was facing the wrong way from the couch, the The refrigerator was dirty. There was no counter space to put anything. The only place you could put your luggage was on the bed. The only thing they had for breakfast was some crummy coffee. I wouldn't recommend this dump to my worst enemy Overpriced rip-off. I have stayed in better places for $59 a night which included a great breakfast."

"We were just looking for a place to crash on our drive down south and found this place last minute. It fulfilled our needs of a place to sleep and take a shower but really not much more than that. And for that the price was definitely too high. The bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. The floor was sticky all over - you only wanted to walk in the room with shoes on. The room smelled like bathroom and the hairdryer almost caught fire. At least the sheets seemed clean, so we were able to sleep. We told the front desk the next morning and they would have changed our room, but we were too exhausted that night to even deal with that. Definitely not a place I would recommend for a longer holiday stay, but for a drive through I guess it's OK. The pool looked filthy from the outside and even though the times were from 8am to 9pm it didn't open the day of our departure until 1pm, so we could not have used it."

"The gentleman at the front desk was super nice...however...this hotel (and I know it is a budget hotel), is really not good. There was mould in the bathroom under the sink, and the rooms on the ground floor are perpetually wet. They have these "humidity" things in each room, they don't work. The carpet is ... I don't even want to know...it has seen better days. Again, I know this is a budget hotel, but cleanliness should be a priority."

"We liked the room but... the shower wasn't cleaned out as there was hair left behind. The smoke detector went off and woke us all up the following morning. Our room smelled like something was burning and it was coming from the ac unit. We had to go to the front desk to get someone and then open our balcony door to air it out. Unfortunately the balcony railing seemed like it wasn't as high as it should be and I couldn't allow my children to go out there. There was also an issue with bees on the balcony. They said someone would be up to look at it and nobody came. My oldest child was excited about the hot tub and there wasn't a hot tub. It's covered up by a table and boards. The pool was pretty run down and not in very good condition. The pictures make it look better than what it is."
