"I had an opportunity to photograph a wedding at The Atkinson Resort & Country Club this fall and WOW, it was GREAT. Overall it is such a solid venue for weddings. If I'm being honest I usually don't love photographing weddings at country clubs. Many clubs restrict where you can go and really limit the possibilities where you can photograph. Atkinson Resort had SO MANY great, scenic spots and the wonderful staff never pressured me or anyone from the wedding about anything. The grounds were beautiful, the reception hall was big and tidy. The staff was over the top friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this venue enough."

"Wow!! So we have been residents of Atkinson for over 30 years my husband family grew up here and we bought his childhood home. Last night our furnace let us down and we booked a night (very short notice) and they made a nerve racking situation changed in an instant. We didn’t know where to go we called Atkinson CC we were helped and greeted by Beverly who greeted us with kindness. The rooms are comfortable and clean the water temperature was perfect. This morning I walked around the grounds they are spectacular. Thank you Atkinson CC for really helping us out in a bind. Nice to know you are here !!"

"This place is a beautiful venue, the pictures are gorgeous and the scenery is amazing. Unfortunately the staff is horrible. The event coordinators are horrible at communicating, rude, and flat out lie to your face. From giving us the wrong top layer cake to go home with and ruining two couple’s experience with eating the top layer, to making you feel bad about using any outside venders. Having been told by venders they have been there and worked with them before and being told by Jennifer never in 18 years has someone used them and laughing in our faces. Being told hours before dinner the rental plates couldn’t be used, the place is a terrible communicator. I will say the food was amazing and the scenery is perfect if you don’t want to personalize your wedding at all."
