"Great communication! They call before they come, they're very thorough, and they tell you exactly what they did and what the results are. Bottom line, it works"
"Terminex has been a life saver and my tech. has been very helpful with explaining what he has done and going to do. Terminex has gotten rid of the mice that are around since there's woods all around me. Haven't seen any insects in my house upstairs or downstairs. They are well worth investing in."
"This is a new experience for us with this vendor that involved their Excusion service(they provided monthy incect control for 30 years at our previous residence). The season for rodent activity is in its ealiest moments in Maine so the sucessf of the approch is yet to be determined."
"The only reason that I didn't leave a one-star review is that the technician that I have had for a long time was great! Absolutely no issues with "Tim" at all! He was always responsive, professional, punctual, etc. etc. My issues are with the way the office conducts their business. I have asked, repeatedly, to have the same technician because he is so good, very trustworthy and knows my property well. I was told several months ago, when a brand new technician showed up-unannounced by the way- that my guy could no longer serve my property because his area of service had changed. Since I have been a good customer for a long time-years- I asked if there was any way I could keep the guy I have had. I said that I was willing to work around his schedule to make it easier on him. I also said that if I had to change technicians, I was not sure that I would keep the service. The technician who had come to my house said that she would check with the office. I then texted "Tim" to let him know that I really wanted him to remain my technician. (Of course, I understood that he did not have the control to make the decision.) I never heard from the office at all, but "Tim" did come to do the quarterly so I was a very happy customer. That was this past June. Fast forward to yesterday, when the next quarterly was due. I received a text, which I didn't see, about 10-15 minutes before the technician showed up. (Not "Tim".) Now I must say that there have been many new managers over the time that I have been a customer. I have said, over and over again, that the technician needs to contact me to make an appointment, but they continue to just arrive without an appt. (Tim never did this!) I always have had my interior checked before the bait boxes are filled because I have had a significant issue with mice in the house in the past. When the last person just showed up, she told me that Tim can no longer come. I told her that I need to have an appointment set up always, since I need to be home when they come in. She reported what I said to the office and the manager called me. The manager who, by the way was very curt, said that Tim could no longer be my technician, and that I didn't need to be home to do the service. After telling her that I found her to be quite curt, she apologized and said she had a "cold". I told her that I need to be home because the technician needs to check the traps inside. She said that that is not really part of the service! Well news to me! Every single time that I have had a technician come, even before Tim, they always came in to check the traps. I told her that if Tim couldn't come I no longer wanted to be a customer. She very quickly offered to cancel the service. So I got the message loud and clear from Terminix: "Just remember our motto: we don't need your business!""
"Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The assigned tech to my house never calls me back, I call and call and it goes directly to vm. I leave messages but it doesn't matter. The service I signed up for has unlimited call back visits in between my scheduled services but when I can't even get ahold of Arianna I guess it doesn't matter. I DO NOT recommend using Terminex mainly due to their customer service alone, you'd be better off using anyone else! Funny. After posting this I finally received a call back. Look elsewhere if you want good customer service. P.s. did I forget to mention that this was the 2nd time all this has happened!?!?"
