"We assumed this service from prior owners in 2010. Initially service was 4 times a year and as needed. The service techs were personable and thorough. As the years went along service diminished and cost went up. Originally $35 monthly now 59. OH! and by the way only three visits a year and when weather prevents a complete exterior service the company refused to come back for the complete. The answer was that the additional portions were not needed. So you have gone from excellent to mediocre And if I were not so lazy I would probably change providers The Latest visit on December 21st was brief. The rep was friendly and courteous. I had all bait traps reloaded. I expected some chemicals would be used inside around heating ducts and pipes. Not so. Is this what inside is supposed to be?"

"Had our third excellent experience with Jenn Peterson yesterday who - as always - was very thorough and diligent. Jenn identified a previously unknown (and recent) moth infestation in our basement and pursued all avenues to address it. She also assisted with buttoning up some areas where wildlife were active - all beyond the scope of what was supposed to be a "routine" treatment. And she accomplished all of this with zest and humor! We're very grateful for her help."
