"A company that’s built on greed. I’ve failed to notice my oil tank level is low and called in for a delivery on Thursday and they told me they wouldn’t be able to until Monday. This is due to them being over whelmed with the amount of deliveries. After a long conversation with a manager their suggestion was to call in “after hours” that way they can deliver to me and charge me extra. I've been a customer for 2 years now and they’ve had all my business until today. Keynote this company doesn’t care about whether you freeze to death or not, what matters to them is money. GREEDY."

"Caution get a second estimate & stay away from auto delivery. Was quote $1,200 to replace 6 circulator pump gaskets that cost $6.00 each. Questioned the quote because the system does not need to be drained, each pump has isolation valves. AFC stuck to the quote and told me it was $700 in labor. I guess the AFC gaskets cost $83.33 each. Received an email from the GM Paul Nadeau indicating that AFC had some issues with delivery due to the storm and requested that customers in my area respond if they need oil or not to help them meet their customers needs, understandable. Responded that I had over 3/4 of a tank and did not need a delivery until next month. They still delivered 37 gallons of oil?? Price of oil dropping next week!? Update on review: Mr. Nadeau the GM of AFC responded to my concerns immediately. Due to the problems with the recent storm staff missed my email indicating that I did not need oil. AFC reversed my delivery...YES full refund! The service manager dug into the service quote and found that it mistakenly included replacing three circulator pumps and was the reason for the excessive quote. Very please with AFC's response and will continue as a customer. Thanks AFC."

"Absolutely 5 Stars goes out to Richard the Service Manager, Amy the dispatcher and Jim the technician today. Had a heating problem this morning at a client's home at 7:30am and by 10:15 the furnace was running good!! You guys are the best!!! Thank you so much!!"

"Due to some faulty contract work (Not AFC) we had a leak in our bathroom sink. Which required the sink cabinet to be removed from the wall and new fittings installed. The fellow that came (Nick) was very professional & courteous. He explained what needed to be done and did it. He reworked what the contractor failed to do and made sure the sink cabinet was level and all the fittings were secure. we are very pleased with the work. In this community where customer service is a must due to competition employees like Nick represent your company in a fine light."
