"I've been coming here for about 5 years and the recent change is disappointing. There's no hot water for hot wash (even if you select and pay for it), the machines smell revolting, and it's filthy inside. With no attendant, I've watched people load up washers with horse blankets, cat pee-soaked couch covers and who knows what else with no one to stop it. Everything I wash here now comes out smelling like wet dog and mildew, even if I spray the drum with lysol and use oxyclean antibacterial detergent. I don't think these machines are well maintained or regularly cleaned anymore. The dryers aren't much better. Won't be going back after my last experience when someone brought a dog in and it literally pooped on the floor."

"I was exchanging a $20 bill in for quarters using the businesses change machine and when the machine failed to give back $20 in quarters in exchange for a$20 bill. I was questionable whether or not I would get a call back in regards to the matter. I was very impressed by how quickly they called me back and confirmed that they were able to refund the money that was owned and how kind management was and assisting they were. Awesome. Don't worry if the machine doesn't give you all the change your supposed to get. They'll help you"
