Super Groomer

"Bummer after 3-4 grooming sessions refuse to take my cat, because one time he went they stop his haircut mid session because he was aggravated. I assumed groomers handled all sorts of behaviors and would have recommendations of things to help make a grooming experience smoother if needed…. specially this only happened ONE time. And from what I was told when I pick up due to them stopped mid haircut (still paid full price though) was that he seemed to be getting angry so they stop…. So from my understanding he did not attack anyone it seemed to me it was more for being cautious. I understand no one wants to deal with or groom any agitated animal, but I was very baffled at the fact that because of one time he was agitated he can’t be groomed there but I wasn’t told that until I went to scheduled an appointment MONTHS later."

"My cat had mats that required basically a full shave. Sad, but necessary. She was kind and took care of my Bunson while I waited. He's happier, although he looks like a drown rat with no fur. He was definitely nervous, as he's not used to dogs at all and there were a couple barking throughout our visit but he bounced back once we got home. I'll go back if needed, but I hope to not need it. She was great though, highly recommended!!"

"Today our Howard, a ragdoll cat, received his summer haircut. We went to Super Groomers for the first time and were extremely impressed. Howard came home looking better than he ever has.
