"I had a GREAT experience at Kohl's. At check out I received extra discount for my Rewards which was a surprise treat and the lady who helped me and my granddaughter could not have been more helpful and delightful. Her name is Debi and she was wonderful. What an asset to your store. I love it when the person at check out is kind, professional and knowledgeable. Debi is all of those things. Great bargains, great staff. Win Win!!"

"I must say I am deeply impressed with the both the professionalism and level of customer service at this Kohls location. Today I went to pick up two self pick up orders, only to have the box one of the items was supposedly in (a flannel sheet set), completely empty. Bringing my issue to customer service I couldn't have asked for a more kind or empathetic individual to address my problem with. She was extremely courteous and did everything she could to resolve the problem. The manager also became involved and had the same level of empathy and determination that customer service did to help me figure out just where my order went. Both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care off and I didn't leave the store without resolution. I deeply regret not getting their names as I would love to thank them personally. I'm not sure who reads these reviews exactly, but if it's someone with the power and authority to commend and reward these two wonderful ladies I would greatly appreciate you giving credit where credit is due. I was there between the hours of 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. on November 9, 2023 if that helps narrow it down. Again thank you for a level of customer service that seems to be a rarity these days. While there are other Kohls within close distance to myself, because of this great experience, I'll forever be a loyal customer of the Rochester, NH location."

"I had to purchase clothes for the family; for a funeral. I have difficulties shopping because I’m handicapped. Angie was a lifesaver. One of the things I most appreciated from her was her ability to make me feel special. She walked me through the store to find and purchase each item. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. After my experience with Angie i honestly can say , I bet she makes a difference with all customers because of her personable attitude and the way she focuses on the customers needs. I feel the success of Kohl’s is directly related to how its customers feel when shopping there. I watched Angie as I waited in line and she looked at each customer walking through the door as an important person and did everything to ensure an excellent shopping experience. She definite went the second mile for me and I appreciated her help more than you know. Being handicapped I don’t go out to shop. I go ONLY to Kohl’s hoping to find someone like Angie and will continue to shop there because of her; and the friendly cashier, Karri, who was also very kind helpful . Marcia Johnson"
