"It's the holiday season so I understand the associates might be a bit overworked. However, each sales associate I spoke to was abrupt, unfriendly, and unhelpful. That is except for ONE! When I was standing in line, waiting for a cashier, a lovely woman who I assumed was an asst. manager offered to open up a new register, and put away my cart for me. She was kind, friendly, and very helpful. I was very surprised at the caliber of associates (except for the asst. manager,) especially for a so-called "Christian" company."

"I have been to Hobby Lobby a few times with friends/family. I never had the opportunity to 'really look' around but this time I went alone and I spent 3 hours in there just taking my time looking at everything...and I do mean everything! What an amazing selection of products! I highly recommend it but if you're planning on going with anyone plan it so you go one way and they go another and you just meet up in an hour or two or three lol I absolutely loved it! "All the people in the store were helpful. The sales person that helped me the most was Heather. She stayed with me and took me over to where the paint markers were separate from other markers. I would highly commend Heather for her ability to listen, her knowledge of the store and her ability to assist each customer."

I haven't been in a while, and I couldn't believe how many of the wall hangings and artwork I (and my husband) fell in love with. we could spend way too much money here if we weren't careful. The group things together so nicely, so you can really find your favorite themes."
