"I am out of an important prescription. I waited 40 minutes on hold to speak to an actual person. They told me it's out of stock and they have no idea when they will receive it. I tried to work with the person who answered the phone to figure out a solution and she hung up on me. Unbelievable."

"I have been a customer for many years. They used to be patient, kind, and very helpful. Unfortunately now they are just the opposite. Especially the pharmacist. I take many medications, and feel it's important to fill them at the same place. I have been hung up on, given attitude, and been made to feel as if I'm a bother. I pay a lot of money for medications, and have over thirty years in Healthcare. I'm far from stupid, and don't appreciate being treated as though I am. If they don't like their job, they should do something else, not take it out on customers. Maybe if CVS paid their employees a living wage they could keep help! So disapointed in CVS. Probably going to change to a different pharmacy. I would not recommend them anymore. Very sad."

"I am traveling in an RV and so not in one spot very long. We had reservations at RV Parks and had to be at the Parks at the appointed time. I called 5 days early to get a prescription filled. I was told by the Pharmacist that the medicine was "in stock" and I could pick it up anytime as it processed through my insurance no problem. Arriving the next day I learned at the counter that the medicine was in fact, not in stock and had to be ordered. Further mistakes were made until I ended up leaving without the medicine. Not only was the service incompetent, but the attitudes of the staff were all abrupt and unhelpful. I got the feeling they didn't really care whether I got this prescription or not. Terrible. Absolutely terrible."
