"The individual movers were OK, but management was terrible. They confirmed my move time the night before, then tried to push the move back multiple hours 20 minutes before the move. Given that we had everything in motion this was not an option. After talking with them, and them being rude about it, they sent a crew over, which arrived 45 minutes late. The crew did a fine job, but were fairly slow, and basically refused to take directions/input, causing further delays in the move time. I had prepaid for a 2 hr move, and when they went 20 minutes over (due to not taking directions, and driving past the delivery site, etc.), the company charged me extra. I raised the concerns, and they basically said too bad. Can't recommend. Update: After asking them to waive the extra $35 charge they tried to impose on me, they have threaten to contact my employer and tell them I'm attempting to "extort" them. Truly crazy and unprofessional."

"The Liberty Bell crew arrived promptly and got to work quickly and efficiently. They were all very courteous and professional. I figured on two hours for the load-out and another 2 and maybe 3 for the move-in. They had the entire job finished in 3 hours. They were not my lowest bid and the fee just to get the truck to my location and back was high but they ended up being totally worth it!"

"I can’t say enough about Liberty Bell. Family members and I have moved several times in the past couple years and this July move was the best. Candice and John were early, professionally dressed, and ready to go first thing. We walked through my home, they walked me through their game plan and they started. They were quick, efficient, and packed my things tightly in the truck. I had an extra complication of a 600lb chicken coop and they moved it with 2 other coworkers with zero damage. Once at my new home, they moved my washer and dryer up a set of stairs from 1859 which was extremely tight and difficult to maneuver. They were amazing and again, nothing was damaged. Out of the entire move, the only thing that got a bit crushed was a lamp shade and it wasn’t even them. I was so pleased with them and there is no question I would have them move me again. Ask for Candice and John, they’re awesome!!"

"We recently moved two large trucks of household stuff from Michigan to Maine. The Liberty Bell Crew of Neil, Onet, and Louis arrived ten minutes early, did an assessment of the trucks and the entrances to the house and began unloading. They were extremely careful with our belongings and I didn't hear one bump on a wall or door. They were careful to place things where we wanted them and went out of their way to keep things neat and orderly. The three men were courteous and professional and made our move such a pleasant experience! I highly recommend Liberty Bell Movers and this crew was outstanding in every way!"
