"This past winter I left my work van here for storage. I understood that they dont warranty exterior storage but never expected the damage I came back to. I asked office staff to look at video but they could not tell me whereor when the damage occurred. Will not use this place again. Looks like their plow truck hooked onto it but supposedly the cams didnt catch it. Beware storing anything exterior here."

"Have a 5×10 &the price just went up $10! Ive had the unit for almost 4 years now and $75 was already on the high side for something so small now its a. $85. Price comparison says everywhere else around here is significantly cheaper. Most units of this size are from $35 to $55. $85 is crazy to just put 5 small boxes in. Aside from high pricing, which is my only complaint but a big one none the least since its hard enough to pay for things these days and then they raise the already high price, the people who work here are very nice and professional and have always been willing to help with any problems ive had."

"Easy get in and out. self payment machine that you can see what they have open and get unit pay for it right there sign with finger get the paperwork too. And can make payments next time. It's open 24 hours gated as well. There is a office as well lady and man with glasses awesome and nice."

"An excellent experience. Highly recommended. Rented a small indoor climate-controlled unit for several months. Everything was clean and modern. 24h access was a must and never a problem. Bridget in the office was so kind and professional, receiving many packages for me and holding them for sometimes a couple weeks until I made my next visit to the area. Thanks again!!"

"It really annoys me when I go there to pay my bill and no one is in the office even though I show up when it's supposed to be open. On one occasion, I ran into another customer who was having the same problem and who was late with his payment. On the good side, there is a security gate and it's hard for anyone to trespass. The premises is clean. They offer temperature controlled units."
