"I have been with White Mountain Oil for 2 years and have never had an issue. They just called ME to schedule a refill and I was pleased with this because I had been planning on scheduling an appointment anyway. Thanks Andrea!! I won't mention who i was with before but when I need them in an emergency, they could not help. I learned that diesel fuel, albeit 5 gallons per day for a week, holds you over until prior said company can come by."

"I live just a couple of streets away from WM Propane, so I went there in April 2023 to switch over to them instead of staying with Eastern, since the WM rate is also much better. I am a renter, so they had my landlady (who lives 2 hours away) and I go through many hoops in order to get the paperwork done. My landlady complained that she never had this experience with Propane companies before, and I felt embarassed to be bothering her. Then Mike from WM came in May to inspect my tank and informed me that I would need to have them extend the piping in order to be up to code and that it would cost a couple hundred dollars. I told him I would wait to do this until September, as I wouldn't be using as much Propane during the summer anyway. September comes, I call WM and they tell me I am not in the system. I explained that I had told Mike I would call again in September to start the installation process. The woman on the phone was rude and said, "that's not how this works, we don't hold onto applications for months". I went there in person and complained about the situation, luckily someone there did hold onto my application, otherwise I would have had to bother my landlady anew with all this nonsense. She then said someone would be in touch with me to get it all installed. No one called, and by this month, December 2023, I got down to 30% level, and managed to set up an installation appointment (again after being transferred to many people on the phone), and Mike said he would call back to confirm the appointment, but never did. I went in person last week to see if the appointment was actually in the system, and it was for 8:00 this morning. Today was my only day off, I have waited months for this installation, and I was looking forward to finally getting this taken care of. By 9:30 this morning, no one showed up, so I called, was transferred, put on hold for a long time, and finally Mike gets on the line and says the technician is sick and he just found this out. Overall, since April 2023, I have experienced nothing but unprofessionalism and a huge lack of respect for me as a potential customer. Obviously, WM doesn't want my business, so I will stay with Eastern."

"They say Always there for you! They are not kidding. They were there for me. The service was excellent the service techs were awesome. The people on the phone were very responsive and kind. Great job White Mountain oil and propane, keep up the Great work you do."

"Like others, I am disappointed in the service/attitude. It took several calls and no one called me back and then I finally got a call and was told they couldn't understand that no one called me back. Gary was super friendly and tried to assist, however the person he connected me with had a condescending tone, and remarked that they knew I wanted immediate gratification but that wasn't possible. Those words were not true and not kind, my only complaint was an appointment 2 weeks out when I'd called several times to no avail. For my other questions I was stone walled with a "one step at a time" response, so no information for me apparently. Really disappointed in this experience."

"A recent service call lead to a concern raised to management. As a long time customer of 20+ yrs. I am incredibly disappointed that no member of management ever returned my repeated phone inquiries. Just this past weekend when I arrived at the property, I learned they dismissed me as a customer. No notice, returned phone call, text or email. 20+ yrs. as a customer..... without ever speaking with me, they arrived at the property while nobody was there, disconnected and removed all service equipment. I'm shocked at this response!!! This could have been resolved with a simple returned phone call. Shame on you White Mountain Oil and Propane and shame on the level of dishonesty you're willing to tolerate!!!"
