McDonald's 1750 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH 03818

"Since their recent renovations and reopening the quality of the food has dramatically decreased. At least fifty percent of my orders have been missing items or have been made wrong. The most notable change has been the fries, they have been cold and stale, nothing like they are from any other McDonalds. My large fry containers have only been half full. My most recent purchase, the fillet of fish cheese was fully off the sandwich and completely stuck to the cardboard box, and the same for my sons cheeseburger, the cheese was 75% off the sandwich. I went in to speak to the staff and was given coupons for sandwiches but this does not address the issues they are having. Until they correct these issues, we will not be visiting this McDonalds."

"Foods the same as it always has been, every McDonald's is the same in that department. It definitely looks more modern and I'm glad they added a second ordering screen for the drive-thru. I'm mostly impressed that they kept the gondolas in the side section for people to eat in. Pretty mid experience but good when you're strapped on time"

"First off. I would give zero stars, but to post a review, it has to be one. They are not worthy of half a star. Let alone one star. They may have renovated the outside and inside, but the staff are below incompetent. 45 minutes for a drive-thru order and still had to go inside to get it because we were forgotten, and the order was never done. Was never given receipt. Did mobile order, so I showed a receipt on my app. The employee then decides to walk to the back with my phone. Brought me half the food and my phone and asked if it was right. The manager on duty ripped off her headset and asked what I wanted. I wanted my food. Waited another 15 minutes for the rest of my food. Went home with the food 15 minutes away, and the burgers were still wrong. Do not recommend this place or their unprofessional management. Drive another 30 minutes to another mcdonalds; you'll get your good quicker, and it'll probably be right."

"Place looks like an iconic old-styled mcdonalds. It has a ski resort kind of dining on the other half and on the other an old fashioned seating. The playplace is closed without any notice on when it is opening. Parking space is alot. Has a high chair. Bathroom needs cleaning maintenance and floor. They need more staff or more proactive staffs"

"We were going to Maine and wanted to grab some quick food. parked our car- and it was some theme-based Mcdonald's. the theme was skiing... they have made gondolas and chair lifts which take you to the top - so it was nice. food was as good as it can be in Mcdonald's. we used the restroom and it was good. A quick stop and we were on the road in no time."
