Starbucks

"Yesterday on Thursday 28 2023 I was on vacation and decided get caramel Frappuccino as I always order from Starbucks. The incident took place at North Conway NH place. It was 1/2 off from 12 through 6 for any crafted beverage. The young gentleman who worked at the Starbucks was very rude, charged me full price and when I pointed out that he should charge me 1/2, he gave me card and said that it was 4$ on the card and it was for my next stop at Starbucks… Today in New Jersey Starbucks I tried to use the 4$ card and find out that guy rudely lied to me: there was not any money on the card… So, it was very disappointing during holiday to encounter such horrible young gentleman who is working at such nice place as New Hampshire Starbucks. I am very devoted Starbucks customer, Julia Pavlova, and it is a great shame to see this type of incidents…"

"We were in an accident in front of the store. The staff were wonderful to us, offering us a free beverage, and a warm place to sit with all of our Christmas shopping bags, until our wrecker and ride home arrived. We didn’t eat or drink as we had JUST finished our dinner when the accident happened. They were very kind to us."

"They have coffee. Not very clean inside seating area or restrooms."

"Ordered ahead on the App 5 times this week. Every time it’s a struggle to get what I ordered. Either I have to ask when it’s going to ready only to be told it takes 20 minutes. That’s great because it’s been 35 minutes. I’m patient and know their busy and wouldn’t rush them. Not once but twice they didn’t have a ticket for my coffees. But yet the food was sitting there. Go figure??? Heading home now. Back to my Starbucks."
