"Elvios continues to be the BEST pizza in North Conway by far! I've been eating Elvios whenever I can for close to 30 years and the quality and taste remain at the same high levels! I recently had a friend pick me up a Sicilian with Chicken, Spinach and Pineapple and deliver it to me 2 hours south, it was still AMAZING!!!"

"I genuinely don’t understand any of the negative reviews. This place is awesome! This is the best food I’ve had from a restaurant in a long time not the mention the service was fantastic. There’s a reason why this place was non stop from the moment I got in there, from the moment we left. The food is worth it and seemed to serve the whole town of North Conway! And for good reason. If I lived close, man I wouldn’t hesitate to support this business as much as possible. The quality in food is tremendous."

"I understand it's a busy weekend, but I was told 45 minutes. I would have been fine with whatever time I was told. I showed up 50 minutes after I ordered and after I paid, I was told "5 more minutes" I sat for another 25 minutes watching people walk in, order and receive their food before me. Mocked for my name over the phone and to top it off, a handful of onions was thrown on my pizza after it was cooked. I assume because they forgot to put them on before."

"If you want the soggiest pizza ever? Please stop here and get one. Ask for pepperoni, ham and mushrooms. The crust will be nice and moist. Perfect for people with dentures or without teeth, or babies. But wait! If you want cut your mouth? Just eat the outside crust before the juices from the inside soak the whole pie underneath. Wish it was 2021 again lol."

"Our last night here in New Hampshire we decided to have something easy so we ordered Pizza. We ordered take out and we were told 30-45min and that’s fine it was a Saturday night we expected it to be busy. When we get there it’s very busy and many people are ordering. We got there about 40 after we called and it was almost ready they said no big deal. Well we continued to wait another 30+ minutes just to find out our food had been ready and now was barley warm. The guy cutting the pizza kept arguing with other people. Was kinda akward with a room filled with guests. But for the pizza it was good. The amount of topping on the pizza was great! Overall, it wasn’t bad. The food was good just not the best service."
