"Completely dissatisfied with the customer service here. I’ve been looking to rent this hall particularly for my baby shower and the amount of calls and voicemails not answered or returned are just outrageous and disappointing. For multiple occasions I’ve had to stay in my car outside for over 40 minutes waiting for someone to care enough for this hall and no one shows up to either open or close the place. I’m starting to think this hall Is shut down and if that’s the case, it is unacceptable that out of the 2 voicemail recordings, none explain the current status of the hall. Why have a hall For rent if you don’t want to rent it?"
