"Tried to schedule an appointment every day for a week straight. The first time, after holding for 30 minutes, they said they couldn't schedule it because I needed a new patient profile. After they created my profile, they transferred me to scheduling to make the appointment, after another 15 minute hold, they said that the referral was "stuck in limbo" since they sent it before I was a patient. Ok. I call my dr to have the referral sent. They send it over. I call back a day later. They can't schedule me because I am supposed to have a medical records number. I have them create the number for me and I call my original doctor again and have them fax it over. I call back 3 business days later like they said and they "haven't received my order." I confirmed the fax number and with my doctor each time it was faxed and it was. The woman on the phone had 0 desire to help me or offer advice or to transfer me to someone who can help. They refused to make my appointment because I'm under the age of 45. Within the 4+ phone calls I've had, only one person I spoke to was professional and compassionate. I would absolutely avoid this location and everything I have to offer."
