"WHY ASK PATIENTS TO GO HERE WHEN YOU ARE NOT PROPERLY SET UP?! Absolutely horrible facility. From the rude and unhelpful front desk to the healthcare workers. My husband went in for a simple specimen sample and he who not alot can be embarrassed from told me it was single handedly the most awkward and embarrassing experience. They asked him in the beginning you know why you are here right implying how awkward adding that the door can’t lock. When leaving they continue asking him questions while he is holding his cup that he had to take care of. They were not equipped with collecting this sample and added unprofessionalism just to make it the perfect storm."

"The Cardiology department is a total sham. 5 appointments. 5 mentions of serious problems all the way up to heart disease. Still left wondering. No treatment. Follow up in 4 months. Failed echo. Incompetence abounds. Absolute failure.DO NOT OUT YOUR HEALTH IN JEOPARDY BY TRUSTING THESE PEOPLE."

"Today I called to make an appointment. The first time I waited 45 minutes and when someone finally picked up, they hung up. I thought it might have been my phone carrier service except I had all bars. I called a second time and waited 40 minutes. The same person picked up and hung up on me. I called back a third time and called a different extension. After 3 minutes, a nurse picked up and said he would check to see if someone was at the front desk after I explained the issue I kept encountering. He promised to check back with me. He never did and I had to wait. In the end I never got to make my appointment. Moral of the story, GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!"

"I was here for the first time, had to drive in for a CT scan. I was having the worst day and I had to drive to Boston in my husbands pick up truck from the Burlington office. I didn’t want to go because I was nervous about parking. The parking staff saved the day for me. They helped me and cheered me up as I went in. The gentleman at the entrance was so kind and helped me find my way. And Anthony who helped with my CT scan could see I was nervous and made everything so easy for me. Also the man and women who worked the desk in Imaging were very kind and efficient. I’ve been to a few locations and every time I leave happy. This location was amazing! I been with Harvard Vanguard since I was born and they are the best! Thank you guys for making my scary day much brighter. Ps I’m ok! No surgery necessary."
