"Full disclosure, (in reference to a review given below) there was a single incident where a scheduled appointment was cancelled minutes beforehand, after I was already at the clinic. That being said, my other One Medical visits (both virtual and in-person) with Dr. Chen have been outstanding. I like to be an active collaborator in my healthcare and appreciate the level of discussion she is willing to engage in with me. I have a variety of specialist consults, urgent care notes and medical history from other states which she reviewed and pieced together efficiently. My recent physical was incredibly comprehensive, and she is friendly and compassionate. She is also willing to have conversations about the affordability of different medications and treatments, which many other physicians are not. In this bewildering landscape that is the US healthcare system, I'm pretty glad One Medical and Dr. Chen are where I go for primary care."

"Dr. Chen is a caring and attentive PCP. She always does her homework before our visits and she remembers details I told her in the past. When I had Covid and desperately needed care, I was able to get a virtual visit instantly and get needed care. While I can’t speak for the prior reviewers feelings, I’m almost positive that’s the period when Dr. Chen had to deal with some emergency family issues and later on food poisoning, as I also experienced the same abrupt rescheduling. Doctors are people too and need good care and rest just like the rest of us. 5/5 stars from me."
