"Made an appointment online. Called to confirm it. They didn't have anything in their system. So setup an appointment on the phone, have to get a different date then original. Person sounded very confused the entire time. Get a call back 5 minutes later from a different confused sounding person to setup an appointment...."no i just made one check your computer." "Oh im sorry sir I see it here now." No big deal that stuff happens. Finally go to the appointment arrive 20 minutes early to a closed office; main door locked and lights off. Call and can hear the phone ringing inside until voice mail. Wait 30 minutes and rude secretary comes in 10 minutes past my scheduled time with her coffee and says doctor is on vacation this week. Apparently the people that schedule appointments are offsite and dont actually talk to the doctors office. I swear a monkey could do a better job than these people. It's a shame, sounds like the doctor is great but his staff is useless so you can't actually see him."

"This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. Rude, lack of manners, and just overall lack of common sense. It’s sad to see that a nice practice like this will lose business because of poorly trained front desk staff. I do not recommend this place."

"Dr. Yeh and his wife Joanna are great people. The doctor is very friendly and knowledgeable. He really seems to go the extra mile in empathy. New front desk staff are being trained."

"I really like Dr. Yeh, very knowledgeable, compassionate and spiritual, but the office staff is clearly unorganized as they've slacked on important specialist's appointments for both me and my husband, forget to collect co-pays then send you a bill for them and seem like they don't want to be there when you're at the window. The calls to confirm appointments always sound like the person just woke up; not friendly, just very monotone and bored - not a great impression at all. I think Dr. Yeh should take a look at what could eventually hurt his practice. This is supposed to be a Christian-based practice, but only Dr. Yeh displays this."
