"Lazy and rude front receptionist no manners or good customer service half the staff barely speaks English so it’s hard to understand their accent if you are not Hispanic l…in a sketchy neighborhood with security guarding the entrance way. Yes security at a family clinic. I went with my 3 year old twins and my 5 year old daughter our family was treated as numbers not as people they schedule the kids all 1 hour apart 10.15 11.15 and at 12.30we asked if all the kids can be seen together or atleast 2 at a time since we are a family and all came together they said no that they will only be seen one at a time and told us we need to sit with our children and wait 2 to 3 hours for each child to be seen at their scheduled time. Like they expect toddlers to sit down perfectly still for 2-3 hours this clinic is a joke… I let them see my first Child but cancelled the other 2 and I will be finding a new pediatrician far far away from this chain of generic non caring clinic"

"I've been going to this clinic for years! I've never had a problem with them and I love my doctor, but.... I went in the other day for a scheduled appointment. My daughter and granddaughter were with me for a visit. ( They are not patients, and live in NH.) My granddaughter had RSV with a fever 103.6° wouldn't eat, drink. And didn't want to wake up. I asked them to see her. They turned her away because she lives one town across state line!! But there are signs on the wall that says " we don't turn anyone away""

"The customer services ladies are the laziest people on the world . The don’t care about the people and the send the patients to the Haverhill st location for everything. The waiting room is empty and the will tell you that there’s a lot of people in front of you just to not do their job."
