"I've been going here for all my primary health care needs for about 3 years. Dr. David Farzan is my PC physician here. I get along with him very well and find he listens and is not quick to over-medicate or recommend unneeded treatments, etc.. He's recommended several specialists to me and I've liked them all. The staff is also friendly and competent. I usually make an appointment, but I love the walk-in nature of this place where you don't have to make an appointment. I can usually make an appointment within 1 or 2 days at most. When I arrive, there is very little waiting time. Another thing I like is the Quest Diagnostics office right in this facility, which can save a lot of time. Plus, this facility offers most or all services of an "urgent care" facility."
"This is just a very non judgemental, kindly meant, bit of information to Ingrid C. Ingrid, you wrote an absolutely wonderful glowing review about Dina. She was being considerate and extremely accommodating to a patient with a disability . I noticed that you wrote that the patient had a hearing impairment . Please take no offense as not one bit of this is meant that way,but hearing impairment is now considered a big no no. The deaf community takes great offense to being referred to as anything but deaf, or hard of hearing. I, myself, would not have a clue as to what the "politically correct" term for deafness is, but I have a deaf daughter who told me in no uncertain terms the current correct terminology. I truly hope you take this the way it was meant, with nothing but information. Plus , to be honest, the deaf community can be a very tough group and are impeccable at lip reading. I just thought you would rather hear it from a fellow soft hearted person like yourself, than someone who may tell you not so nicely. ❤️"
"It’s hard to change doctors but I recently changed to this provider as I moved back to the area . To me honest I was not thrilled with my former PCP but was nervous about changing. So far I am very impressed by this facility. They care. It is evident. Simply said they treat you with kindness and at the end of the day that’s all we all want and need especially when we are feeling not so well."
"Dr Hunt has been my primary doctor since moving here in 2010. She is a great doctor. Very tentive, really listens to you and your concerns. I never feel rushed on my appointments. Cheri is a great assistant and always quick to call me back. I love that it is also a walk in so if me or my kids need medical care on weekends we have a place to go. She is a great doctor. I highly recommend her and this clinic."
"My PC was not in so I went into the walk-in because I was having abdominal pain and what seemed to be a cold. Pain was on my left side and told doctor about constipation issue I've been having the past 8 months. She felt my side and had me jump and told me I could have the start of appendicitis and made me go to the emergency room and My cold symptoms were ignored. I went to the ER just for them to tell me its just gas, in the area that I was having pain in wasn't concerning. (Appendicitis is on the right side). Tried to call today to make a follow-up with my PC, and told them about what happened. They got upset and started to defend the doctor. Then proceeded to tell me since the emergency room was busy they gave me a simple answer just to get me out of there... When the ER specifically told me with no concerns they have, they're not going to put my body through all the radiation of getting scans when there's no need. I was also told the doctor was going to call ahead and when I got there and met with the doctor hours later there was no phone call."
