"I made an appointment after exhausting other means of obtaining antiviral medication remotely. The person I made the appointment with told me to use the same number that I am using now, which was a number supplied by my my primary care physicians office. I had asked what the protocol would be for me after testing positive for Covid. She said to call this number when you arrive and they would prepare for me. I called the number and waited, of course, and when it was answered, the person on the other end is asking me why I'm calling this number. I explained everything, including I have Covid and a low grade fever. She acted like I was there for a pizza. Not feeling well and seeing as I was late, I just drove away. It seems to me even if I get the facility manager, front receptionist or a janitor on any phone anyone would be given the courtesy of not knowing how this facility functions, especially after telling them I am ill. This is what this facility is for and its function. If people don't know answers, they could get help, but all I got was rude while I am ill. If people don't know why they work somewhere and have no idea who they are serving, clock out, go home until they do know."
"Went on a Sunday. Booked an appointment via telephone for a 10:30 a.m.appt. Appointment was timely all questions were answered and received exceptional care. Thank you for being a great option when not feeling well!"
"I brought a family member here for an X-ray. Our doctor was supposed to have sent the order in in advance, but they were very unfriendly about the fact that they hadn't received it. Once I sorted it out, the X-ray experience itself was fine, but the lady working the front desk was easily one of the least friendly people I've dealt with in that capacity in a while. She would sit and not engage with me while I was directly in front of her, would suddenly walk away in response to questions, and was generally impatient. It really got us off on a bad foot. I realize this isn't a Marriott, but a smile and giving someone the sense that you are glad they're your customer rather than a pain in your rear? That's pretty important."
