"Zero respect for the time and needs of their patients. If you have masshealth becareful....... honestly felt like a money grab from the beggining. Called and was very clear about what i needed & was very clear that i wasn't looking to come in and have my time wasted. Do you guys provide what i need here? Yes, I'm told. Seems like the girl booking the appointment tuned out once she heard Masshealth. I asked her to check with her supervisor and make sure before the appointment. She pushed me to book because it was in the description of their website & regardless if it wasn't done there they would be able to refer me to the right location. Showed up early just to be told it would be a little delay because they are backed up. 1 hr later im seen by the doctor so that she could tell me in 2min & 40 seconds that i'm in the wrong place and they cant help me.
