"Choose any other ups store than this one. This store will put someone else's label on your package, lose it, and won't take responsibility. In response to your reply. I drove an hour to come to you to post two items YOU created ONE label for QAD Archery Products shipment which was okay. I had a label directly from BOSE that was printed at your store and you stuck it on the wrong package so my $1300 dollar headset has been posted to a completely random address and is now subsequently missing. Your customer service is terrible and you can’t even conceptualize what has happened. To anyone wanting to post anything of value DO NOT GO HERE. You’d be better off with a homing pigeon or an Owl. To re iterate what happened because you clearly are having trouble understanding. 1. Correct label was printed from BOSE in your store. 2. It was put on a soft package which was then changed to a hard box and the LABEL FROM the soft package NEVER made it onto the HARD BOX. 3. Subsequently the WRONG label was put on my package. 4. You posted it to some random address in PA and accused me of posting the product on a separate day from a place I have never been to. 5. You lack integrity and basic customer service skills. "Staff not property trained due to very poor management. Emailed a few files for print and called to confirm. Files received and printing was supposed to take place (a few pages, nothing special). Visited the store the following day and four employees all told me they do not know how to print and no one has printed the day before. Didn't realize that in 2023 sending a file to print requires a college degree. Blame management for poor staff straining. Ironically, when calling this UPS Store, customer service reps say "shipping and printing center.""
