Unfortunately, as of the departure of Andrew Clark, I am forced to change locations and am considering legal options regarding criminal negligence and malpractice. My partner had an equally horrible experience. There was one good man there, and now he's not. The current secretary staff are also rude and negligent. We have heard of a mass exodus from BMC, and as of now, countless providers have been careless, coarse, and counterproductive to basic health needs. The good doctors left. We're following. My former counselor also was no longer there without warning (which she would never do knowingly). I have been on the waiting list for more than two years. My partner was on the same list for a week or two, twice, when he counselors left. This was during the same time, and with my case having been marked as urgent. Do not go here. Don't. Just don't. Original review selection: Wendy Qiu, not only misgendered me intentionally after knowing me for well over a year, but also docked my most crucial medication without so much as a warning. I'm now back to being so crippled by anxiety I can barely make a phone call and having horrible episodes of my movement disorder, which this medication also treats. "would be amazing if you could get a hold of someone on the phone, called every single day, waited from 8AM -4PM, on hold, every single day this week and last week, not one person ever picked up the phone once, psychiatrist left bmc and now cannot even get ahold of anyone to make a appointment with a new provider. Also had to stop all 5 of my psych meds cold turkey as the psychiatrist just up and left, psychiatrist name is Dorota Borkiewicz. Stuck with no provider, nobody to get ahold of, no medication. Thank you very much BMC for doing what you always do… NOTHING. Just a letter in the mail with no option to contact anyone, awesome."

"If you call, you will sit on hold for 45 minutes just to not receive an answer. I have been trying to contact this office for the last week. No response. Even left a message with their answering service. Didn’t receive a call back. I feel it’s quite unfair when our mental health treatment is in their hands."

"My rating is based on my family's recent dealings with the reception desk - in person and over the telephone. My initial contact was via a telecom with John and he was very helpful and informative. As a follow up to our telecom, I needed to come into the office to take care of a matter. The receptionist, Ms Thomasina Baker, was extremely helpful. We were in a predicament and she went above and beyond to assist us. In our situation, she could've easily taken the convenient route and just turned us away. However, she showed genuine compassion for our situation and diligently pursued various venues until finding a viable solution. We were so relieved that Ms Baker was able to assist us. Can't ask for more than a compassionate and competent front office."
