Reviews
"I was in the care of VA in Bangor and Togus for over three years in diagnosing kidney failure. I found the entire staff at both locations to be stellar in their performance I moved to New York to live with my son as I wait for a transplant. The Syracuse location is also top shelf. I anticipate getting my kidney transplant this coming January."
"A lot of Californian veteran haters have been hired to shuffle papers. They go on long walks but dont care about the veterans"
"I feel like togus is half hearted in its care for veterans and does not hire enough staff too serve veterans needs. All to often we are put on hold Hung up on or left without answers."
"I'm an over the road truck driver and live in New York. I wasn't feeling well at all today and called to see if I could make it there with my 18-Wheeler so I could be seen. I was told to come right in and park wherever I could fit. When I went inside, showing signs of COVID-19 I was segregated and seen almost immediately. Thankfully I didn't fail the quick test and only had a severe head cold. I don't go to the Doctors all that often but today I felt bad enough to force myself. I'd like to thank everyone I encountered for their professionalism and willingness to help. I'd even like to thank the VA Police Officer for being so understanding about where I chose to park, blocking their entry, whoops. But he was also very polite and professional even though I parked in a clearly marked space that stated no parking."
"This facility and personnel excellence diagnosis and treatment that has given me a many months of very good quality life after months of bed ridden in home hospice care."
