"I have four children that are seen by Dr. Ashley and we have only had the most amazing experiences with her and everyone in her office. I cannot put into words how above and beyond her and her staff go to make sure my children are getting the care they need. My son just had to have some extensive dental work done under general anesthesia and it was able to be done right at the office. It was so much more comfortable and relaxed opposed to the hospital setting we have dealt with in the past. I am so thankful we have her in our central Maine community."

"We always loved this place when Dr. Shenkins was there, but we've been a couple times for cleanings and filling. There bed side manners are very rude! And Dr Ashley isn't very soothing to kids. My daughter got nervous out back and she told her don't cry and to stop crying. Her assistant was rude! I'm to the point of looking for another dentist. We've always loved the place had been going since my daughter was very young but to hear her come out and tell us she is very uncomfortable there now and the dentist and assistant was rude to her."

"I've called and left numerous voice-mail regarding a bill that they need to send to my insurance..my insurance company sent me everything this office submitted and they lie and say our insurance isn't valid. I've given them all the proof and even had my insurance call them and leave messages. They're NEVER open and always turn their phones off. Hands down the absolute worst customer service. I will be taking their actions further. And without a doubt leaving this horrible place!"
