"Office is not sensory friendly. The office is so warm that it caused me to have two panic attacks. The man at the front desk was so slow to check us in that it worsened the entire situation. I don’t think they would accommodate those with sensory issues or ASD considering they don’t have appointments. Do not ever miss your appointment or have to reschedule because they don’t have space for CHILDREN to have their well child appointments. Apparently they are so over burdened with children they can’t even schedule appointments for their vaccines!! I’m forced to keep an appointment 10 weeks out, AFTER my kids second birthday. No flu shot, no Covid vaccine. Nothing. They do not care about children. Period. There is no excuse for this. None."

"Disgraceful. They will not accept my 6 mo old as a patient out of their own personal judgements. Kennebec, Winthrop and everyone associated with them should be ashamed for letting a baby go untreated and denying her in general at every office. Do not recommend at all."

"My son has been going here since he came home from the hospital(4years) and now my daughter goes here too. Their new office at the Ballard Center is awesome! The staff is always friendly, and I love how each nurse is assigned to a dr so you always see the same people. We have seen all the drs at some point or another and they are all great. Pedi speedy hour is a huge bonus too! I highly recommend them."

"I love Kennebec Peds! My son has gone here since birth. Sad that Dr. Seawall is gone now but confident in the other providers abilities. Can't believe people think the staff is rude...I've always been extremely impressed with them! They always work to try and get us same day appointments and have also stayed later than even their "late" hours to see my son. As to there being sick kids there... uhm, it's a doctor's office. That's kind of the whole point!"
