"two of the positive reviews below were actually left by Bonnie's receptionists (kindell and devin) which is technically a conflict of interest. this provider is quite flakey and unreliable. upon my first visit i was told to travel to the office to fill out new patient paperwork. when i got there she had forgotten to leave said paperwork with the receptionists even though she assured me they would be waiting for me. when i got there they seemed confused and stated they werent expecting me. i had to reach out as the patient myself to reschedule although bonnie was the one who didnt show. i emailed bonnie several times to reschedule but even after 3 emails she had not responded. finally after calling her she reluctantly agreed to try again. unfortunately the day of my appointment there was a loss in my family. i contacted her two hours prior to the appointment to let her know of my family emergency. instead of being understanding as one would expect a therapist to be, she berated me on the phone telling me i was wasting her time and that it was disrespectful towards her needs to have to reschedule. i was in a state of distress just having lost a loved one and could not believe a person responsible for helping others cope and heal could be so nasty. she told me that i had poor communication skills when i was upset and basically in tears because i should "be more aware of her time." unfortunately emergencies happen. this provider is a walking contradiction. its okay for her to blow you off without a call or email but when you give her a heads up about needing to reschedule she will belittle you and criticize your character. if you are seeking care with someone you can open up to and trust, i would look elsewhere. this provider is more concerned with her own issues than helping other. definitely a major flaw when it comes to someone working in mental healthcare. unreliable, rude, hypocritical, insensitive and incredibly harsh towards patients."

"One of the best most understanding peoplef I have ever incountered. I would not personally desribe myself as an open person, however I really feel as though I can open up with out ANY judgements. She is also easily excessible. I can shoot her an Email and she will get back to me that day. She has also offered tips and tricks to help with what I am working on while also validating my feelings. I was very worried about seeing someone but I could not recommed her enough!"
