"The people I spoke with were good and nice to talk to but I didn’t get much information. I either spoke with the people in Bedford or Hampton NH . I never ended up going because I was told it’s not a place you make an appointment at. My mom had gone there for an appointment for her chiari years ago so I really thought it would either be a support center or a place to get other opinions beside a neurologist. They were willing to point me in the right direction in terms of therapy but I wanted either someone in a similar position or just someone specializing in ski accident spinal/ brain injury when the physical scars aren’t there anymore or someone who can relate in terms of emotion towards things."

"Stay away! In My opinion! I believed they could help with my spinal cord and disc issues. Stay away! They installed a spinal cord stimulator which they convinced me would help. Dr Luther installed it to far to one side. After numerous failed attempts by Abbott and Dr Luther to figure out why the stimulator only works on one side of my body they tried to use Dr ahn to tell me it was my anatomy that dictated where the stimulator would be positioned. Dr Ahn a lower spine surgeon was clearly upset that he had to see me for a cervical and stimulator issue which he explained wasn’t his specialty. I went back numerous times for more lies from Dr Luther telling me it was positioned correctly. They won’t fix their mistakes and keep telling me it was correct even though X-rays and their own doctors and a hospital in Boston said it had to be REDONE. Stay away from the workers comp section as Maureen is a liar, they are not there to help you they are there for your insurance companies money! There is a group of doctors that make the decisions in that facility and they don’t care about you! Stay away! Go to Boston!"

"Can't say enough about Dr. Uri Ahn. I was in extreme pain that was getting progressively worse by the day, sucking the life right out of me. I had several shots in my back that didn't touch the pain unfortunately. Finally had surgery, performed by Dr. Ahn, and I am now pretty much pain free. He's a busy doctor, but it was worth the wait. He told my wife he'd take care of me and not to worry. He came through and I couldn't be happier. He performed a laminectomy and removed a large synovial cyst. I also must mention Justine and her staff. They are so compassionate and understanding. Always returned my phone calls in a timely manner and did their best with my care prior to surgery. 10 stars!"

"A quick glance at reviews and I think a lot of people have had the same experience I had - just absolute rude, condescending behavior. I was trying to become a new patient but couldnt even make it past reception without the snarkiest, worst attitude I have come across in a while. Looking at other reviews it seems like I'm not alone in this experience, hope other potential patients realize this isnt the only show in town and theres no reason for such a terrible experience when trying to book an appointment. Called AITC (right up the road) and they actually treated me like a person! Amazing! Gotta love when medical centers forget they are in customer service. I get everyone has a bad day, but sheesh that was over the top."
