"I’ve visited the lab here many time and have always been received quickly and my blood was drawn pain free."
"My daughter and I had an incredible experience with Dr.Raje and nurse Lilly! Actually, everyone from registration to checking in to checking out was fantastic! I’m thankful for such a well organized and caring place to bring my children!"
"I absolutely love the Bedford office. After starting at the Manchester location which just seemed to big and impersonal to me, Bedford has been like family. Justin is fantastic and he and his staff are always quick to answer any questions or concerns. Once my daughter turned 18 and she took control of her own care, they have been right there for her every step of the way."
"This provider is going down hill quickly. Follow up after an an appointment is near non-existent. When I then call, after going through the most annoying automated answering service, I leave a message that I'd like to have test results explained. When a call comes back, it's not the doctor, but someone else essentially asking, "Why are you calling?" I'm calling because I DIDN'T get the call I was promised. This used to be a great provider. They've got some great people, though turnover, for me, has been high. I don't know what's going on."
"I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this hospital, however I’ve come to learn it’s not the case anymore. I’m hoping it’s a one time thing and doesn’t happen to anyone else. I recently bought a home with my fiancé a year and a half ago, and noticed we had quite a few paper wasps. I talked with my doctor about it and had mentioned I’ve never been stung before but was nervous if I might be allergic as family members have been in the past. So they referred me to Dartmouth to have them take a look. I spoke with quite a few folks when making the appointment at the hospital. Each one took notes, very politely asking about the situation, I explained everything in full detail as well as the not being stung before part. An appointment was made, and so I attended. I got in the room and the doctor looked a bit confused. She asked again what the folks on the phone asked, and she explained well, you can’t be allergic to bees without being stung. Looked at me in confusion as to why I was here. I can’t blame my own doctor because that’s not her specialty which is why she referred me to the experts to take a look. The doctor mentioned we could take a test but it would be highly unlikely it would yield any results. So she said don’t worry about checking out, and then I left. I was quite annoyed that I made the trip out there as these notes, not JUST the referral should have been looked at ahead of time to call off the visit as there was no actual need for it. How am I supposed to know that I can’t be allergic unless stung, I’m not a doctor, I TRUST that doctors will give me the appropriate guidance and keep appointments as are necessary and cancel them if not needed. In this case I was provided the appropriate guidance, however, I feel very much cheated. I feel like another number through their door to meet that “quota” for the month. In the end I am still being charged for the visit when I shouldn’t have been, my notes and explanation were neglected by the office ahead of time so they could have their excuse to still charge for a visit. I feel played, cheated, and have lost trust in this hospital. This is NOT the call centers fault, they were extremely helpful and listened to provide notes to the doctor. This is the offices fault 100% for not reading the notes along with the referral. They told me they will be speaking with the call center, but it’s not their fault. They said it’s not the offices fault, but it is. They neglected the notes, and blame the referral. In this visit I’ve experienced neglect and dishonesty, if you read the notes along with the referral and the appointment isn’t necessary it should be cancelled or the doctor or nurse should reach out to the patient to clarify and explain. Instead they kept the appointment to get money out of me since I “went in” for mind you less than a minute or so. I can tell you I won’t be back, as I don’t want to experience this again, I have no words but disappointment in what I thought was a good and trusting hospital."
