"We have taken our kids to River Road Pediatrics since 2014. We’ve always had a positive experience here, both with newborns and as our kids have gotten older. We usually see Dr. Schwartzberg for well visits and he has been great with our 4 boys. We’ve had good experiences with the other providers as well. They have always been able to get us in for same day sick visits, even on a Saturday morning. When we’ve had to be referred to specialists, they’ve done this promptly and have always sent over all relevant medical records to the specialist."

"Been taking daughters here since young. One dr doesn’t care at all. No compassion and quite rude. No sympathy. When you need a Dr you want one that cares; won’t get it here. Don’t recommend."

"Both my children go to River road pediatrics my oldest for 6 years. We’ve had great experiences with the providers and they truly care about your child’s well being. They did an amazing job during COVID and for a long time were one of the only rapid testing centers in area providing and essential service. Dr. Swartzberg has been a key component in both my children’s health and has always been available to listen to questions. We’ve never had an issue with getting a same day appointment or a call back after hours. They have always been available whenever we’ve needed them. I’d recommend River Road Pediatrics to any new parent or parent moving into the area."

"Just an overall terrible place for both the parents and children. The receptionist is always SO rude and disrespectful and Dr. Heit was always so condescending to me and my husband. Yes, we are first time parents so we may ask stupid questions but we're not asking to be annoying, we're asking because we care about our baby. My son was projectile vomiting after eating solid foods and I mentioned this to Dr. Heit multiple times and the responses I got were "he's sick" and "it's just a learned behavior." WHAT!?? So my 6 month old is project vomiting only after eating solid food for fun because it's new thing he learned to do??? Brought him to a GI doctor and found out he's allergic to oats and anything that even touches it. Also, the emergency line never works at this place. You end up waiting hours and even days to hear back from a nurse."
