"The people here are fantastic. I've been several times and I've never had an issue. Anyone complaining probably either asked for services that they do not give or is a crazy person like the one I heard yelling and swearing at them on the way out that they wouldn't give him medication he asked for that they didn't even carry. And whoever writes the responses to these, sometimes the customer isn't right. Perhaps you should find out more information about the interaction from the people who actually dealt with these people before you just go apologizing and making it look like these front line hard workers did something wrong. Remember, it's just as important to have good reviews from your employees as your patients. Especially in a field that's short on workers"

"The intake nurse spoke to me like I wasn't a person, very robotic. I'm a real human being with health concerns, not a number. She didn't ask my about any health conditions (I'd say a heart condition is important for people to know), didnt note that i was there for a swollen lymphnode or a neck rash, just noted that i was there for a UTI, didnt note that I took AZO for a UTI. Scoffed at me when i told her I took AZO... i already feel unwell and uncomfortable, i dont need a nurse treating me like that. The doctor/nurse practitioner was very confused because of the lack of information."

"Let me start by saying…I won’t go anywhere else! I drove home from my camp up north to specifically go to THIS urgent care because my PCP doctor’s office couldn’t see me for severe back pain. I am ALWAYS treated with respect. The nurses and providers have ALWAYS been friendly, helpful and informative! Thank you for all you do! And thank you for the top notch care, especially during these difficult times working in the healthcare system. I appreciate you and all you do (just in case you haven’t heard that today)!"

"I went there twice for the same issue, and was misdiagnosed both times by two different doctors. Waited 40 minutes in the lobby, then another 50 minutes after the nurse took basic vitals. Both doctors spent less than 8 minutes diagnosing the issue. The total cost for both trips was over $500, all for nothing. That doesn't include the time off from work that they suggested would completely solve the issue. One week off of work cost me $1800 in lost wages. I'll never go to a hospital or clinic ever again. I've lost all trust in "medical professionals." I'd rather die than give one more cent to those thieves."

"I’ve had several great experiences here. Today I went in because my PCPs office told me the nurse would call me back TOMORROW after telling her I’ve had flu like symptoms and a fever for 2.5days. Was also turned away at clear choice the were “not taking anymore patients” I had to go back in a few hours! Today at Cmc urgent care, I saw Crystal the APRN, she was fast friendly and very helpful! This is a great office! Thank you all for your very thorough care and compassion."
