"I got my MRI done here the other day, and it was a pleasure. I was scheduled in the day after my doctor sent my order, I found the office very easily, office staff were very polite, and I couldn’t have asked for a more professional and courteous MRI tech! This was my first experience here, and from now on, I will be requesting to come to BASC for my imaging. (If you like to listen to music during your MRI- THIS is the place to be at!)"

"I called multiple places for quotes and, although BASC was a little more money than the other place I had called,their customer service was 1000% better than the other places. Treating people in a pleasant way goes a long way. Especially people that are going through pain and medical issues that just want to be treated like a human being. There was a billing mix up, due to my doctor's office not BASC, and BASC was very pleasant to deal with over the phone to correct the issue. They were great to work with from start to finish. Excellent customer service!"

"I was scheduled for an MRI at So. Nh Medical Center for my lower back. I waited 45 minutes and I then went back up to the receptionist. She was nice and called back and was told that the tech knew I was there. It was a 45 minute procedure and after I waited another 20 minutes I canceled it. I called my doctor on Thursday and asked to be referred to BASC. They called me on Friday and I was in on the following Monday. Everyone was great. This will be my choice for any future MRIs. Open MRI was amazing."

"Not sure how the techs are but reception needs a lesson in customer service. The receptionist was short on the phone and almost rude. My doctor's office sent over 2 referrals thru fax and I was told received confirmation for both. I was told by BASC they never received them. On the 3rd phone call they finally told me they don't except my insurance and that was probably the reason I was told they never got the referrals. Um ok, I get it you don't take my insurance but how many times are you going to let me call before you tell me. I could have gotten it done somewhere else. Thank you for wasting my time."
