"A scheduling issue allowed possible contact with my daughter’s mother with an active pfa. The woman in charge, (Melissa) blamed her staff. They’re great at taking money but not giving it back. The room is very small and outdated but they call it a “large room.” None of the toys are sanitized. I did not feel comfortable using this establishment. The supervisors however, the staff, are very nice."
"I’ve been having my visits every week it’s a great place"
"Case manager we use is absolutely wonderful and has become a great asset to our family! 100% recommend these services to anyone in need!"
"This week will mark week number two using this company for supervised visits with my two children ages 7 and almost 2 the first week I had little communication with anyone in the business but still was able to see my youngest daughter.. my oldest was unable to be there for whatever reason my step mother cooked up for the week.. week two rolls around (which is two weeks from my first visit because I only see them every other saturday) again mid way through the week I start calling to make sure my oldest will make it to the visit .. I've called the woman who sets up the visits and assigns the counselors... Friday rolls around and I have still yet to hear from anyone so I call again for the 4th time this week no answer so finally Saturday comes and I'm working before my "visit" I get a text from the visit counselor asking if I'm still coming to my visit.. (if I make a plan to see my children I will never let them down I will always show up no matter what) I call tell the lady yes I am obviously coming to the visit she does the covid screening with me we hang up I return to work.. I get out of work and head towards augusta to open my phone to a text from the visit counselor saying neither of my children will be there because they made other plans because "no one heard from me" mind you by this time I've called the woman who sets the visits up and assigns counselors 6 times just TODAY and still have gotten no answers or phone calls back.. so I miss out on seeing my kids for another two weeks because they dont know how to run a business or return phone calls.. the visit counslor/supervisor has been the only person I've been able to speak with.. our children rely on those visits more then us parents do I'm sure of it and this company does a terrible job putting the kids first.."
"I had great experiences with the visit supervisor Glenn but the supervisor that took his place was absolutely awful. She's wording things wrong and in her own personal opinion instead of as the supervisor. Furthermore when asked if there was concerns, she stated there wasn't any. She also, didn't help with any of the issues of my kids asking to go home with us or coming to our house. She also gives no help or advice on anything."
