"Dr Gainor and his NP Liz were very disappointing in treating my dad. They failed to identify side effects of the treatment that were life threatening to my dad and caused him to be hospitalized. The side effects were reported in each meeting but were never addressed. When sending messages over the portal we never got a reply directly from Dr Gainor, and when my dad was hospitalized for over 3 weeks, Dr Gainor only stopped by to see us for short 2 minutes meeting. All oncologists assured us every day that he will stop by to talk to us and discuss but he never did."
