"Very kind and compassionate doctor. Excellent beside manner and thorough explanation given of treatment options and protocols. Her staff is incredibly kind and helpful and quick to respond to phone calls or patient portal questions. Pathology does show up in the portal before calls come in from a doctor and this can be challenging as far as understanding what your results are but this is a general issue that is not specific to Dr. Perez, or Dana- Farber, this is happening nationwide in the medical field. I would highly recommend a consult with Dr. Perez if you need a GI oncologist."
"Horrible provider, doesn’t care about patients. For an oncologist has no bedside manner. No courtesy, no respect. Doesn’t give results on time for time sensitive test. You find your results when looking at patient portal totally unacceptable. Likes to gaslight! Even when you have proof. Rarely if ever! Returns calls her staff is rude and has little knowledge (all around nurses, reception even had issues with billing dept.) if you care about your health and mental health do not consult with her."
