"I absolutely hate giving anyone a 1 Star but unfortunately, this office deserves it. I think Dr. Schnipper is a great doctor, however his nurse/recptionists are incompetent and unprofessional. I had to wait 3 weeks for them to get in touch with me after my surgery to schedule a time to discuss next steps for treatments. Considering that this is oncology, I find that time frame absolutely unacceptable. There were complaints from my Radiologist as well as Surgeon. When they finally called back it took another week and a half of playing phone tag actually get an appointment scheduled. The day before the appointment, they called me to let me know that it needs to be rescheduled. I called and spent over 20 min on hold waiting to speak to someone and never got through."
