"Terrible service and limited provider options. They mess up insurance claims, add unauthorized charges, and their billing department is unresponsive. Switching providers is a hassle; they require a referral and reasons, causing delays and missing better options. Incredibly frustrating."

"My son sees Andrew Kaplan and has been great! 5 stars for him! However, making an appointment for myself this week has been very difficult. Phone lines have been down, long hold times only to be hung up on twice. I was told to fill out the new patient forms with the link sent to my email. It was there, but led me to my SON’S account. 3 calls later a supervisor at lifestance had to work on my chart profile, as there was something wrong internally. Once I could get into my chart, the forms would reload and my long history would be deleted.(page error at top states “repeatedly reoccurred error lifestance.legacy portal”)I spoke to a lovely woman named Maddy (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)who told me to rest assured, my appointment was happening regardless of forms being complete. I had been told I was doing a phone call and the provider would call me. When I did not receive a call after 15 minutes, I reached out to lifestance, to be told I received a link for a TELEVISIT appointment. I searched and was never sent an email. When I eventually joined my visit with Nancy thibodeau (⭐️), she seemed disgruntled and annoyed I was late, even though it was a problem with their system. She did not apologize, nor want to know why I was late. She made me feel very anxious. I felt very uncomfortable and that she was rushing the intake questions with me. I understand why, as the appointment was behind but she could have been more compassionate, rather than bark uncomfortable questions at me. I told her I did not want another appointment with her and would like to see another provider, as we were not a good match. CARA from lifestance reached out and apologized for all of the miscommunication and settled my nerves. She was very helpful and actually explained the process with a smile, which no one else did for me. She helped me to find a new appointment. Thank you Cara (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) Lifestance, please fix the errors in your EHR, it is frustrating that it was THIS HARD to make an appointment. Now I know why so many mentally ill patients are not able to get the help they need…."
