"It took me years to finally write this review. My mom had a hysterectomy 6 years ago at Boston Medical Center and since then has been battling health issues year after year. This is due to the fact that this person perforated my beloved mom’s colon during the procedure, which should have been “minimally invasive” in the first place considering my mom’s health background. It states somewhere on the Internet that she practices minimally invasive procedures, however what happened to this practice when it came to my amazing mom? Her decision to operate on my mom was done in poor judgement, and she failed to successfully do her job, and now she is considered a Director in minimally invasive practices? Really? Based on my first impression of her, I don't think she truly cares about her community, and I got the notion that she only pursued this profession for monetary gain and status. After this horrific ordeal, she showed no remorse, and her body language revealed an arrogant, careless person, which I’m not sure why she is arrogant, considering how badly she has screwed up with my mom. I cannot believe the day that she walked into my mom’s hospital room while my mom recovered after having 11 operations to remove an infection caused by the perforation. All she did was give an insincere apology and walked away, meanwhile leaving the chair behind that she had brought over to sit down with us. She just left the chair where she placed it and didn’t even have the decency to put it back in it’s rightful place. This is significant because this small act of carelessness revealed to me her true nature. And to make matters worse, she was spotted a few years back at the same hospital, and when she recognized my mom she walked right past my mom as if she were this big, shot doctor. It was truly disgusting. I’ve seen worse “doctors” portrayed on TV and met a few in real life, and she is by far, in my opinion, one of the worst. It upsets me that I have to rate her in order to post, so 1 star it is. One she doesn’t deserve at all. She failed my mom and me, and so I guess 1 star is appropriate as it is equivalent to an F for failure. I don't think she is brilliant or kind. She is literally one of the worst human beings to ever cluelessly walk this earth. If you can walk by someone that you nearly killed like you’re “all that and a bag of chips” (which she is Not) you’re a different kind of evil. This person nearly killed my mom and hasn't called my mom or visited my mom since the visit she made where she left the chair, and that was years ago. If that were me, I would cherish and support the patient whose life I messed up and would even offer financial support, which we don't want or need from her. I would not even recommend her to my foes. I'm still shocked and traumatized by her callousness."

I came in with excruciating pain and tears. They were able to help me bring my pain down, accommodate my needs and comfort me. I’m overwhelmed with joy how great they are at their callings. It truly shows that they want to be there because they genuinely love it and people. If you’re looking for a OBGYN who’s truly here to assist and listen to women Dr Noel is that and more."
