"I just received a letter that Dr Crandall was retiring. I was sad to hear the news. He delivered our daughter after a rollercoaster pregnancy. My wife and daughter are doing great do to the care of Dr Crandall. In the follow up appointment about a week later he came out to the waiting room and sat with me for a brief moment and asked how I was doing. That’s not something many doctors do these days. Very genuine and caring. I was hoping he would be around to deliver our second child. Best of luck Dr Crandall. Enjoy your retirement!"
